I recently had the privilege of attending the Women in Leadership Retreat, expertly facilitated by Sally Foley-Lewis. I am so grateful to Louvreclad for recognising me as a leader, a label I’ve often hesitated to claim for myself.. Under the guidance of the amazing Sally Foley-Lewis, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of warmth and inclusivity, creating a sanctuary for open dialogue, mutual learning, and personal growth.
I feel truly inspired by the wisdom and deep sense of leadership in the room. Real conversations with an amazing group of women from diverse industries, enterprises, and backgrounds, allowed me to realise that, perhaps, I do belong in this realm of ‘Leadership’.In the hustle and bustle of daily life, the opportunity to pause and introspect is rare. Set against the majestic backdrop of the Noosa coastline, these three days gave me permission to detach from everyday life, allowing me to focus on my personal and professional values and to contemplate the impact I can make in my current role.
I am eager to draw on this kete of knowledge and put these new skills to work!

Absolutely loved this session – always do! Sally has a knack for sharing the right pieces of knowledge and experiences for me at just the right time. The idea of values, voice and visibility has become the structure in which I’ve now reorganised my notes under.
Laughed out loud hearing about how she listens to audiobooks while mowing the lawns knowing that I was listening to her session whilst driving to the Bach. Kids in the backseat are practicing their study skills taking my notes.
